Charlie joined Temple in 2019 and is now a Principal Consultant in the EIA property team.
She has managed a range of property EIAs including for Bow Common Gasworks, the Aylesham Centre redevelopment, Stockley House (Victoria), Kensal Green Gasworks, Reading Golf Course and Brentwood Enterprise Park. She also coordinates reviews of Environmental Statements for a number of determining authorities including London Borough of Tower Hamlets, Ashford Borough Council, Folkestone and Hythe Borough Council, London Borough of Newham, London Borough of Bexley, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and Be First Development Corporation.
In her spare time Charlie is an assistant guide leader and district commissioner for Girlguiding and helps to coordinate her local Repair Cafe.
